Repair Categories
We categorise all repair jobs into one of three areas:
- Emergency (click here for more information)
- Urgent (click here for more information)
- Non-urgent (click here for more information)
Please be aware that our repairs service does not include repairs to anything you have installed or that belongs to you. For example, Two Castles Housing Association is not responsible for internal decorations, lock changes resulting from loss of keys, plumbing in washing machines and extra pipe work, damage caused by you, your family or visitors, changing light bulbs or fluorescent tubes.
