We are working with our partners and
key stakeholders to improve our performance and deliver more
benefits to our residents.
Two Castles is the preferred partner in the North for Assettrust
Housing, a private property investment company, which means
we can develop more affordable homes without having to rely
on Government grants.
We also work with a pioneering procurement body known as Fusion
21 which enables us to make efficiencies and create training
opportunities for people across the North.
Two Castles is a member of Spirit, one of the strongest and
best-performing partnerships of its kind in the UK, to share
expertise and maximise efficiencies. Together we have bid for
£40m worth of development grant from the Housing Corporation
and are forging term relationships with a range of suppliers
in the provision of well designed and sustainable homes.
