CHOICE BASED LETTINGS IS HERE.
It`s been a long time coming but the new way of letting most empty social housing properties throughout Cumbria started on 12th May.
Applicants now need only to complete one form to register for housing with any of the nine providers who are partners to the scheme, including Two Castles.
The scheme is called Cumbria Choice and you can register an application for housing on-line at their website: www.cumbriachoice.org.uk. Alternatively you can complete a paper application form which you can get from any local office of any of the partners.
You can look at all the available properties every week on the Cumbria Choice website and once you have registered an application with Cumbria Choice you can apply for a particular property by making a `bid` for it. You can place up to 3 bids each week.
