Two Castles welcomes new staff in the North West

Two Castles Housing Association has appointed two new housing officers to help support residents in the
Lisa Chant has joined Two Castles Housing Association’s Kendal office as a part time housing officer and will be responsible for managing properties in the South Lakeland area. She has over 15 years experience in the housing sector, including time at Bramall Construction, where she was involved in the refurbishment of new homes, and South Lakes Housing.
Lisa said: “I was delighted to be appointed in my new role as I really enjoy the diversity it brings. Two Castles Housing Association is a really welcoming, friendly organisation and it is great to be part of the team.”
Alan Tyrrell has also been appointed as a part time housing officer and will be responsible for overseeing properties in Penrith, Kirkby Stephen and
Alan said: “My role involves helping residents with their queries, ranging from rent payments to repairs, while building up solid relationships with residents.”
Stephanie Murphy, chief executive at Two Castles Housing Association, said: “Our housing officers play a key role at Two Castles Housing Association and it’s great to welcome Lisa and Alan to our team. We are dedicated to providing a high quality service to our residents and Lisa and Alan both bring invaluable experience to the Association.”
