TWO CASTLES UNDERTAKES PROCUREMENT EXERCISE FOR REPAIRS SERVICE
Two Castles Housing Association is undertaking a procurement exercise for its responsive and void maintenance service in order to achieve further value for money and improve customer service standards.
Our current repairs systems no longer meet the long term needs of the Association and, as we develop more new properties and our current properties age, we are reviewing our arrangements with contractors.
In the North West, Two Castles will be working in partnership with Impact Housing Association for new repairs contracts, allowing us to maximise both of our expertise throughout the procurement process and share costs. We will also potentially have three geographically based contracts for these services.
These new processes will allow the Association to fully utilise our new IT system, meet local offers, develop appointment systems and improve services to our residents.
We hope that new contracts will be in place for April 2012. For further information, please contact Rob Brittain, Greg Denwood, Bettina Hoppe-Glaholme or Lee Jackson.
