The Two Castles’ team takes customer care to the streets
Residents at Two Castles Housing Association schemes in the North East and North West have received a visit from the Two Castles’ team as part of the Residents’ Roadshow 2010.
Staff, including the Chief Executive and Deputy Chairman of the Board, visited residents in 40 schemes in a campervan, giving them the opportunity to drop by to meet the team on hand to answer any questions and give out information leaflets about energy efficiency, debt advice and local services.
The Residents’ Roadshow is designed to get residents involved and give them the opportunity to have their say about the work of Two Castles. Residents who attended the mobile event also had the chance to win vouchers by completing survey forms.
David Armstrong, housing services director at Two Castles Housing Association said: “Resident feedback is extremely important to us and we endeavour to make it as easy as possible for residents to tell us what they think – that’s why we decided to hold the Residents’ Roadshow so we could bring the opportunity out to them on their doorsteps.
“Our residents are at the very heart of what we do and by getting their feedback, it enables us to evolve and be constantly improving our services.
“The roadshow was a huge success, proving to be incredibly popular with lots of residents attending. We have been able to gather some great feedback about our services which will be useful moving forward.”
