Putting residents at the heart of everything we do
There are a number of ways in which our residents can get involved with the Association. We want to ensure that services meet the needs of all of our residents, regardless of any disabilities, illnesses, languages or religions/beliefs, and all residents are encouraged to come forward to let us know how we can design our services so that they are more accessible and effective for them.

Two Castles' residents can get involved in the running of the Association at a number of different levels. Level 1 is the easiest way of getting involved, with the least time commitment required. The higher the level, the more time commitment is necessary, but this also comes with more opportunity in terms of helping to influence Two Castles’ decision making.

We have developed our approach to involving residents with the help of our dedicated Residents' Panel. If you have any further suggestions about getting involved, please click here to contact us or contact Clare on 0191 2692629 .

How our residents can get involved
All Two Castles Housing Association residents can take part in our consultations which require very little time commitment. We keep residents involved of important changes and provide opportunities to have a say through our residents' magazine, Fanfare, which is delivered to every property that we own and also posted here on our website.
