Our residents can get involved in the running of the Association at a number of different levels

Involves: only a little commitment and a few hours of time. Has reasonable influence on Two Castles' decision making.
Two Castles Housing Association holds a database of residents who have agreed to be surveyed about specific issues as they arise. We can interview residents over the phone, at home, or via discussion groups.

At Level 3, residents can also attend community Road Shows or Fun Days to meet our staff and provide feedback.
Two Castles Housing Association also commissions a survey with a large random sample of 500 or so of our residents every two years, called the STATUS survey. This monitors residents' levels of satisfaction with our services, allowing us to determine where we have improved.
