Two Castles has worked in partnership with Russell Armer Homes on our Grange Fell Road site at Grange over Sands.
A multi award winning building firm with over 40 years experience in Cumbria, Russell Armer Homes develops private and affordable homes at a range of sites including Kentgate Place in Kendal and Pear Tree Park in Holme.
The house builder already had an interest in this site and, due to the planners requiring all homes on this site be affordable, discussions were opened up with Two Castles.
Two Castles Housing Association and Russell Armer Homes worked together to provide 11 brand new, affordable homes – two, two bedroom bungalows, five, two bedroom houses and four, three bedroom houses.
These became available for rent in May 2009.
